These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of crossoverkids.com (the “Site”), operated by OIC Media, LLC (“OIC Media,” “OIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with Crossover Kids.

Please read these Terms before using the Site. Adults who access or use the Site agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review these Terms with children who use the Site. Nothing in these Terms is intended to obtain a contractual commitment directly from a child. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. ABOUT THE SITE

The Site provides information and entertainment related to Crossover Kids, including information about the series, characters, cast and creative team, release schedule, podcast availability, and OIC Media.

The Site is intended for personal, noncommercial use. Features and content available through the Site may change from time to time.

2. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Crossover Kids is created primarily for children ages 9–12 and their families. Children may visit and enjoy the publicly available content on the Site.

The Site is not intended to obtain contractual commitments, purchases, account registrations, or creative submissions from children. The Site’s contact form is restricted to adults age 18 or older. Visitors under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the Site and its Privacy Policy with children in their care.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and the creative content made available through it—including, as applicable, the Crossover Kids name and branding, stories, characters, scripts and excerpts, audio, music, artwork, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos, written materials, and original Site content and design elements—are owned by OIC Media, LLC, licensed to OIC Media, or used with permission from the applicable rights holder, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, no Site content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, publicly displayed or performed, adapted, modified, transmitted, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Nothing on the Site grants any ownership interest or other intellectual-property right in Crossover Kids or other OIC Media content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including uses permitted under applicable copyright law.

4. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USE

OIC Media grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access and use the Site and its content for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Visitors may not use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law; interferes with or disrupts the Site or its security; attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; falsely represents an affiliation with OIC Media or Crossover Kids; or uses Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with OIC Media’s prior written permission, visitors may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining techniques, or similar technologies to systematically extract, reproduce, or compile Site content, including for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or developing artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

5. UNSOLICITED CREATIVE SUBMISSIONS

OIC Media does not accept or consider unsolicited creative submissions through the Site or its published email addresses.

Please do not send unsolicited story ideas, scripts, treatments, character concepts, artwork, music, pitches, concepts for future episodes or seasons, or other creative materials.

If unsolicited creative materials are sent despite this request, OIC Media has no obligation to review, evaluate, respond to, preserve, or keep those materials confidential and may delete or discard them without review. Submission of unsolicited materials does not create an employment, compensation, fiduciary, confidential, or other business relationship with OIC Media.

OIC Media may independently develop or receive from other sources ideas, themes, characters, stories, or other materials that are similar to materials submitted without invitation.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of a submitter’s materials to OIC Media.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Site may provide links to third-party websites and services, including podcast platforms and social-media services such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

These links are provided for convenience and access to Crossover Kids content or related information. When a visitor follows a third-party link, the visitor leaves the Site and becomes subject to the terms, policies, and practices of that third party.

OIC Media does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.

7. PRIVACY

Use of the Site may involve the processing of certain information as described in our PRIVACY POLICY.

Visitors, parents, and guardians are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy, particularly the section addressing children’s privacy.

8. SITE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Site and provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

Information concerning release dates, availability, platforms, cast, credits, features, and other aspects of Crossover Kids may be updated or changed from time to time.

OIC Media may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time, subject to applicable law.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

OIC Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of Site content for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OIC Media, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or third-party websites linked from the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

OIC Media may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of these Terms and take any additional steps required by applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be brought in a state court located in Denton County, Texas, or a federal court having jurisdiction over Denton County, Texas.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
